About Me
Hi, I’m Arthur.
For more than 20 years I’ve helped financial services companies turn complex technology projects into successful outcomes. I have experience in Agile transformations, ServiceNow and Data warehouse implementations, cloud migrations, while keeping programs on track. What I love most is taking messy, high-stakes initiatives and making them feel manageable again — delivering them on time, under budget, and with teams that actually enjoy the journey. It gives me a sense of accomplishment in life.
I’ve learned that the real magic happens when you combine technical know-how with genuine care for people and rational decision-making under pressure.
For large-scale initiatives, success comes from holistic thinking — maintaining the big-picture view while using clear percentage-complete metrics to spot issues early. What truly separates good project managers from great ones is mastering both vertical communication and horizontal communication. These principles, drawn from my own 20+ years of transformations, are the reason my projects consistently finish on time, under budget, and with stronger teams.
I’ve also seen how one stakeholder’s genuine care can completely turn a troubled project around by building trust, sparking collaboration, and unlocking solutions no process alone could deliver.

For example, in a recent enterprise-wide initiative I turned a group of 30 developers and business analysts into a high-performing Agile team… (25% faster time-to-market and up to 30% higher productivity).
In another case, I stepped in as project manager on a project that was already more than four months behind schedule. I quickly turned it around by reconnecting the disconnected development team, product owners, and operations groups through regular workgroup meetings. These meetings closed long-standing communication gaps, reduced frustration, and ensured that requirements, status updates, and issues were shared clearly and on time. I then aligned all the projects by creating clear timelines and a comprehensive resourcing plan. This transformed the entire program of more than 20 projects into a solid roadmap that was fully aligned with product goals and gave the development team the capacity it needed to succeed.
